Plain Intelligence (“we,” “our,” or “us”) publishes plain-English guides on AI search, GEO/AEO, and technical SEO at plain-intelligence.com. • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are read, how visitors arrive at the site, and general device, browser, and location information (country or city level, not precise location). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
• Hosting and security data. The site is hosted on WordPress.com (operated by Automattic) via Jetpack, which handles infrastructure functions like security monitoring, login protection, and backups. This can involve standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, relying in part on the security infrastructure provided by our hosting platform. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

If you are visiting from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using this site, you consent to this processing.
